Manufacturing Excellence

The complete process is carried under the strict supervision of Quality Department, who inspects all important quality functions and performs the following activities.

Material Control

This system controls the quality of all the incoming material. The quality control department draws sample from each heat and the test samples for chemical and mechanical properties at NABL accredited laboratory to verify against the received material.



Process Control

After cutting of raw material, the grades are identified and work order number is issued which is carried till the last stage. All the material movement in various stages of production is documented and also identified on the shop floor to maintain the highest level of traceability and avoiding mix up.



Machining & Dimensional Control

To maintain dimensional accuracy, necessary instruments and gauges are available in the workshop and are calibrated periodically to maintain highest level of accuracy. To avoid any discrepancy random checks are performed on the instruments and gauges.



Finishing, Painting & Marking

All our products are marked with hard punching and applied with rust preventive oil or black coating or as per clients’ requirement. Stainless Steel material is cleaned through a process of pickling.

Certification (Product Test Certificate)

Our products are supplied with test certificates. The certificates incorporate chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness, detail of heat treatment, Ultrasonic test, Impact test, DP and MPI. Each certificate is either as per EN 10204 Type 3.1 OR 3.2, as per client’s requirement. It is ensured that the test certificate is sent along the material.
